"PDS.TM" can be easily installed with our unique technology. Remote operation with higher-level PLCs and control panels is immediately possible. We provide support for piping connections based on system pressure, flow rate, and product takt time. All machinery products that use oil or fuel, including automobiles, aircraft, and construction machinery, must have appropriate parts cleaning evaluations during the manufacturing stage and oil flushing at test stands to maintain their quality. Until now, estimation methods such as manual analysis and weight methods have been used for these evaluations, but with the market's quality demands, the era has shifted to particle counting methods that determine quality based on particle size and quantity.
